- Initial 30 minute consultation (via telephone)
- Mid-training email catch-up
- Information sheets covering: Training Tips, Tapering and Race Preparation Tips, Race Checklist and Nutritional Advice.
- Plus you’re able to contact the coach via email at any stage during your training for advice
