An Intermediate Marathon or Marathon Training Program is ideal for runners who have had previous marathon experience or who have a history of running. You’ll have a fair idea of your strengths and weaknesses as a runner and more than likely be setting yourself some personal goals. These may be a particular finish time, or to run the whole way without walking, or to finish strongly.
The program focuses on developing your endurance, strength, speed and pace judgement and will help you reach those goals. The program begins on Monday 12 August and takes you right up to Race Day on Sunday 3 November feeling well prepared and confident.
