·         Initial 30 minute consultation (via telephone)

·         Mid-training email catch-up

·         Information sheets covering: Training Tips, Tapering and Race Preparation Tips, Race Checklist and Nutritional Advice. 

Runners are able to contact the coach via email at any stage during their training.
