Come along and listen to one of New Zealand's finest distance runners and former New York Marathon winner share his motivational secrets. Rod's master class seminar will be preceded by a Meet and Greet hour at AUT North Shore Campus on Thursday October 28 starting at 6pm. An interactive question and answer session will follow Rod’s presentation.
